Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy governs the term, cancellation and refund basis of paid WhowSell Radar subscriptions. Payments for subscriptions are final and non-refundable; the conditions below apply to all paid subscriptions and payments. Purchasing a paid plan means that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. Scope
This policy covers paid WhowSell Radar subscriptions initiated via radar.whowsell.com and all related payments (including subscription fees, credit/add-on usage packages, and plans purchased separately per marketplace). No payment or refund applies to the free plan.
2. All Fees Are Non-Refundable
When you purchase a paid subscription or package, the amount you pay is final and is not refunded, in whole or in part, under any circumstances. WhowSell Radar provides no 'money-back', 'no-questions-asked refund', 'satisfaction guarantee' or 'free trial' guarantee and makes no commitment to that effect.
Whether or not you have used the Service, your quota or the features does not affect the fee paid and does not give rise to any right of refund, set-off or credit.
3. Subscription Term and Usage
A paid plan is valid until the end of the billing period for which payment was made, and your access remains open throughout that period. Using or not using the plan does not extend or shorten the period, nor does it create any right of refund over the amount paid.
All rights purchased, including credit and add-on usage packages, are subject to the conditions under which they were purchased; they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4. Cancellation and User Responsibility
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; your access continues until that date, and automatic renewal is not performed at the end of the period.
If you do not wish the subscription to renew, cancelling before the renewal date is entirely your responsibility. Renewal payments that occur because cancellation was not made in time are non-refundable, and no partial refund applies for the current period.
5. General Provisions and Contact
The non-refundable basis set out above applies to the maximum extent permitted, save for non-waivable rights and where applicable mandatory consumer legislation expressly requires otherwise. WhowSell LLC reserves the right to update this policy from time to time; the current version takes effect when published on this page.
