This notice explains the rights of WhowSell Radar users regarding their personal data, and the means of application, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 1. Data Controller

2. Data Processed and Purposes
Your identity/contact, subscription/payment, application-usage, technical, and support data are processed for the purposes of managing your account, providing the Service, billing, security, and fulfilling legal obligations. For details, see Sections 2 and 3 of the Privacy Policy.
3. Your Rights Under KVKK Art. 11
You have the right to: learn whether your personal data are being processed; request information thereon if they are processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom the data are transferred domestically or abroad; request rectification if the data are incomplete or incorrectly processed; request erasure or destruction; request that rectification/erasure operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data were transferred; object to a result arising against you as a consequence of analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation in the event that you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
4. Your Rights Under the GDPR
If you are resident in the EU, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. For processing based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Method of Application
You may submit requests concerning your rights to support@whowsell.com. Your requests are resolved, to the extent that we can verify your identity, within 30 days at the latest and, as a rule, free of charge.
6. Automated Decisions
AI evaluations (Go / Caution / Avoid) are of a recommendatory, informational nature only and do not produce exclusive automated decisions having legal effects concerning you. The final decision always rests with you.
7. Transfer Abroad
Some of our service providers are established abroad (particularly the USA and the EU). Transfers are carried out within the framework of the safeguards prescribed by the applicable legislation and limited to what is required by the service.
8. Right to Complain
Your right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board in Türkiye, and with the competent data protection authority in the EU, is reserved.
